Ngelulun Pulut is also a famous sarawak delicacies. It is actually made from glutinous rice and is roasted in bamboo. It is usually served among the Bumiputra (natives) of Sarawak.

(Tuak Or Wine Rice)


Tuak is an alcoholic beverage made of fermented rice, yeast and sugar and drank in Indonesia such as Sumatra, Sulawesi, Maluku Islands, Borneo and East Malaysia. The beverage is a popular drink among the Ibans of Sarawak during the Gawai festivals, weddings, hosting of guests and other special occasions.
